In case of breakage of your magnum rosé wine Languedoc France during delivery, On The Cusp will cover the redelivery of the broken bottles upon receipt of proof of damage visible on the delivered product. Please take a photo while the item is still in its original delivery packaging.
If you no longer wish to keep your magnum rosé wine Languedoc France and simply want to return it, you must send it back in its original packaging at your own expense. Upon receipt and after our team has verified the compliance and integrity of the returned products, On The Cusp will proceed with the refund via the payment method used for your order.
In both case you must return the products within 14 days.
