OTC Rosé Peppered Martini

A Martini that went rogue and elevating our rosé along the way. !

Rosé wine gets a spicy wake-up call from pepper and gin, shaken into a dangerously delicious cocktail. Sip if you dare !

Ingredients: (in order of use)

- Ice cubes (added first into the shaker)

- 9 cl rosé wine On The Cusp

- 4.5 cl of gin

- 1.5 cl black pepper syrup (or pepper-infused into cane syrup)

- 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice

- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

- Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:

1.Pour the ice cubes into the shaker

2.Add the rosé wine On The Cusp, gin, pepper syrup, lemon juice, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

3. Shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds to mix and chill the cocktail.

4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with lemon zest swirled to add an aromatic touch.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy this exquisite Rosé Peppered Martini !

 

This cocktail offers a bold combination of flavors, with the sweetness of the rosé wine contrasting with the spiciness of the pepper and the freshness of the lemon. It's a perfect drink for those who love unique and characterful cocktails.

Tip: instead of black pepper, try Sichan our red pepper infused into can syrup
